Worst experience. Waited nearly 1 hour for burrata??? No cooking required. When the pasta’s finally came out they were cold. The soft drinks were flat and warm. We had previously been and loved the night, recommending it to friends and family. However their experience going to Vascos has unfortunately been the same on other occasions too. The restaurant had 3 people in the kitchen that didn’t appear to be trained and only one manager/bar staff/server; hopelessly understaffed and not up to scratch.
