Placed an order this evening (29thFeb) for two vegan red curry boxes and a hot box for my daughter. After waiting over an hour (forgiven as it is a Saturday) our meals arrived. Straight away we noticed a drink was missing from the order. After tucking in to a good portion of my ‘vegan noodles’ I came across meat at the bottom of my box. This is not tofu meat.. my partner ordered tofu in his box and both were completely different in look and smell. We called up straight away and the guy who answered the phone did not seem to care one bit. He kept insisting it was tofu after me telling him numerous times that it 100% was not. Ordered food through the JustEat app. The salt and pepper chicken noodles were absolutely horrendous. The chicken was burnt and black, the noodles tasted and smelt burnt totally over salted and just totally inedible. The app stated any issues to contact the store directly. The woman who answered the call did not wish to discuss the problem and kept incorrectly advising us to go through just eat, she would not refund and nor would she send something out to us to rectify the issues and kept stating it wasn't her fault. She eventually put down the phone and refused my calls. I did complain to JustEat and they have refunded the meals. I won't be using them again, avoid avoid avoid!
Absolutely disgusting. Wasted £14 because I had to get up to £12 for delivery then delivery fees . Didn’t even eat it because it was so gross. I had the salt and pepper chicken box and the chicken made me want to vomit you couldn’t even call it chicken. Tasted like it had been dehydrated and then left out for 3 years. Now, I am a big lover of salt but this was so salty it was inedible- even for me. VERY disappointed as I had high hopes.
Ordered through Just Eat and told was 40 minute wait. Order confirmed for an additional 30 minute. Turned up at time of collection and told me they cancelled the order... yet still took the money. It took a minute or so for staff to realise they would either have to refund money or honour the order. After a further 20 minutes food eventually arrived

Visited this store 6th December 2020. Impeccable service and very good food also definitely would recommend. Georgia was polite, lovely and very willing to help with the menu. Food was served very prompt and was delicious. I will be visiting again.
The food is so bad. I ordered the Fried Rice with Crispy Shredded Chicken and Indonesian Nasi Sauce (hot). The rice tasted completely burnt and nothing close to a fried rice. It was a total waste of money. My tummy started hurting after.
Ordered a hotbox, had one lots of times and sometimes they are not very generous with meat or veg. Tonight it was literally a box of noodles. May as well of got a pot noodle and saved myself a tenner. Very disappointed.
Extremely tasty food, good value. Visited for the first time ever today and served by a really friendly guy who ensured we had everything we wanted regarding the food. Will be visiting again very soon!

Ordered through deliveroo for midday and it's clear that the noodles I get were left over from the night before. Meat was ropey and the prawns smelt off. Avoid like the plague.
Me and my partner got duck hoisin box and the salt and pepper chicken with a side of spring rolls. The food was insanely yummy. Especially their new salt and pepper chicken
