4 1/2 hours to load. Dock worker said load was on the dock to be loaded, but they had to wait for QA to sign off on it. Meanwhile 13 trucks came and went. Went in and asked what the hold up was, they wouldn't tell me anything.

Beginners should not go here.Too many trucks at the same time.There is no place to legally park and check in.I advise you to move your tandems back.

Appointment was at 10 put me in the door at 7:45. Handed paperwork at eight forty five not a bad experience no parking in area
