Five stars! When I arrived there was a long line that made sense because they only allow a certain amount of people into the small store at once. The line moved at a normal pace, Definitely wouldn’t call it a long wait. Once inside you’re immediately called to order, there is a menu posted outside next to the line so once it’s your turn you’re expected to order as quick as possible. I've lived in Queens previously for over 12 years and never visited Veggie Castle. A friend of a friend recommended their Caribbean vegetarian dishes and I'm in love. I needed a break from the holiday hangover food and was craving a vegetarian meal and fresh juice to start my day. Veggie Castle delivers ! I ordered on Uber Eats and they prepared my meal quickly and the presentation was excellent. They Saran wrapped all of my containers with precision. My food arrived perfect. In a food coma as I write this! I really thought I would be looking for meat or the taste of meat. This did not disappoint. This take-out spot is narrow and can get very busy, especially on the weekend. Once you walk in you're hit with thedelicious smell of food. The price is reasonable and the food is delicious. I did want to point out the one negative reviewabout the customer service and attitude. This is not true, the person who wrote this may have been on a power trip coming inbecause I am clearly not West Indian and I was welcomed nor treated any different than their own. I hope you enjoy this as muchas I did! This put vegetarian cuisine into a whole new perspective.
Action Bronson was not lying about the amazing food. Oh... MY! I had the mac 'n ' cheese, rice with raisins, and two meat dishes with more vegetables in them. It was busy and loud and I just picked what looked good. SSSOOOOO good. I 'm not vegan, just believe good food is good food. Of the two meat dishes I 'm confident I could take them to an outing and I don 't think most people could tell. As for the mac 'n ' cheese, with the Caribbean twist of what seemed like a bit of curry powder it 's up in the best mac I 've ever had.

OH EM GEE! Talk about amazing FOOD! This place is literally PHENOMENAL! Everything on the menu taste great. The service there is amazing, they answered all my questions about the food, and it is very reasonably priced. I couldn’t even wait to eat the food when I got home and I ate it in the car! The smell well too much to bare. Highly recommend this place! Much respect and blessing to the cooks! 10/5 stars
I dont care what your food preferences, diet restrictions are, this is GOOD eats! No funny, im hungry just thinking about it while writing this review. The wings were my favorite, although, mac and cheese was sold out and that was what I was after the most. Next time! I wont go on about each individual food, everything is great. Its grab-n-go ONLY.
Why must the best places be long distance from my home !? Not for nothing but the long lines is worth the wait. I usually get myself a smoothie shake or natural pressed juice. The staff is awesome. Everyone who wants to start eating healthier should put this castle in their list.
Definitely one of my favorites. The food is magnificent. I actually have never been inside of this restaurant as i always prder from uber eats. So i can only talk about the food and its phenomenal. Highly recommended . And im a regular online.

Ordered takeout. Saw a review about the ginger chicken and drumsticks, so I knew I had to give it a try. They did not disappoint! Absolutely delicious, and will 100% be ordering again.
One of the top 3 vegan places for myself. There food is always delicious. The BBQ jackfruit sandwich is top tier. I definitely recommend.
