Yesterday we. Went for a Dutch-French breakfast at the vélo. The owner was not likely to server more then the poor French stuff. He was a bit grumpy at first, but when we asked him o surprise us, he id more than his best en...served us fresh bread, pain au chocolat, good coffee, different cheeses, homemade jams and all was very tasteful and delicious. When the bill came he charged normal breakfast prices and we were really surprised. Just go through the French grumpy ness and get surprised. It’s a worthwhile experience.
Nice discovery! A unique place, a superb vintage decoration, a loving chef/kitchen share his passion and home dishes ... Excellent cuisine, all homemade, 2 à la carte dishes every day, a pleasure! And for children, if the dishes are not suitable, you can order burgers/frites at the restaurant right next to you and deliver them to the table at Veloc'Cafe. Perfect anyway, do not miss this Veloc'Cafe for nothing in the world when you pass by Périgueux, you will not be disappointed.
This little canteen is pretty charming whether it is the view of the cathedral or the retro interior. The dishes are generous and of quality, you feel the homemade fact and it is all the charm of this place. A hat alone in a cusine! I recommend without hesitation!
Excellent surprise What a nice surprise today! A regional kitchen, daily menu with market products, nice servings at a very reasonable price. Add a nice boss and a very original decor and you have the ingredients for a perfect lunch. To test the eyes closed.

Super address, homemade dishes (2 choices and 2 desserts). Small terrace in front of the cathedral, very good value for money.
Great food, made with local products. The host is super friendly and the atmosphere is domestic. Would recommend!
