I placed an order for pick up. I was asked to hold. While waiting I could hear another phone ringing several times and the worker took about 3 orders before he got back to me. It sure sounded loud and hectic. I was told my order would take 40 minutes, good thing I called early. Upon arriving at the place there was plenty of hustle and bustle in the kitchen and it looked like several orders were piled warming up on top of the oven. This concerned me however my order came right out of the oven when I got there. We got two large pizzas and an order of wings. Wings were small but delicious. The title says it all, just avoid this place. Much better places elsewhere. We found hair in our pizza once, and we called them to let them know. We decided mistakes happen, so we gave them another try. The next time we ordered it, AGAIN we found hair. Very upset, we called the place and they weren't nice at all about it. They were questioning us and did not believe it was THEIR pizza we found hair in. Unbelievable people AND food. Go to Valentinos instead! Just avoid this place so you don't have to eat HAIR. This restaurant in Hamilton has the best pizza hands down. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the owner is even better. I always go for the chicken shawarma, BBQ chicken, and garlic cheese pizza, but really, they can make any pizza you want. Their dipping sauce, Venice’s white sauce, is out of this world. Everything else on the menu is consistently delicious. The wings are fantastic, with quality sauces like BBQ and honey garlic. The gyro, chicken shawarma, and chicken n rice are also amazing, with fresh ingredients and unreal bread for the shawarma. Overall, this place is the greatest around.

Shame. Tastes good though. But kinda burnt. Delivery wasn’t good. Called after an hour and was told my order was just going in. Then it took another hour to get it. Guy on phone defended the delay by saying the delivery is free. And when asked why it was taking so long he responded with don’t ask me, I’m just answering the phone. It was all tasty. But... shame. Garlic bread and cheese was awesome. My recommendation? Go pick it up.

I can't eat pizza from any other place because my boyfriend has been coming to this restaurant since he was a child and it's our favorite. The pizza, wings, poutine, and gyros here are the most delicious we've ever had. We are big fans of this place and will keep supporting local businesses for a long time!

Very busy place ! You can call ahead first and make sure that you know what you want . Their chicken and gyro is a real bomb . Pizza and wings are not too bad . Not too pricey . Tho they forgot to give me the dip for my pizza but thats okay Also friendly staff

This is hands down the best place for pizza. They use great ingredients, provide friendly service, and offer great prices. I highly recommend them - it's definitely worth it.

The outside looks deceiving. Once you walk through the doors you are greeted by friendly staff and honestly the shawarma poutine is the best!
