Veranda Restaurant & Cafe

Went to Veranda to celebrate a birthday. Everything was great the food and the service. We ordered from the price fixe menu, which was a good value at 3 courses for $35. I have no complaints and would definitely go there again. The only disappointment is that the staff didn’t know we were celebrating a birthday even though it was noted in the reservation.

Veranda is a restaurant in Queens that has prices comparable to those in Manhattan. Despite that, they offer a diverse menu and the food is generally delicious and well presented. However, I must mention that the lemon potatoes were overly salty and caused my blood pressure to rise. The hostess and waitress provided excellent service.

The meal was great as always. Unfortunately, one of the dishes was overcooked, but they kindly removed it from the bill. I will definitely be back.

Extraordinary food in this touristic área. We kept impressed of such a quality dining there. Thank for so nice evening.
