First time customer. Last time I will ever use this establishment. I’m giving 2 stars mostly because of poor customer service. My order for delivery was a large Veg. Pizza, a Cesar Salad and a 15 piece chicken wing order. The choices for sauce on the chicken were mild, spicy, habanero and bbq. I ordered “mild”. When it arrived my wife and I couldn’t eat the chicken it was so spicy. I called and spoke with the manager who argued that that was their mild sauce and it’s a matter of “taste” what is considered mild and spicy. This had a red spicy sauce in it. It was clearly not a “mild” sauce. I asked the manager to please take the charge off our bill since we could not eat the chicken. He refuse...
I have been going to this restaurant for seven years. I use to love their food. I went in tonight for two dinners and two slices. The fried shrimp were burnt. The put some cold, burnt sausage on the pizza slices. The pizza was warm but the sausage was not cooked with the pizza.The changed from regular shrimp, butterflies and fried to coconut shrimp. Never said so. Just switched and never told anybody. And as I said all the shrimp was burnt. Also, changed brand of French fries. Not as good.Bought a slice of chocolate cake on the way out. A thin slice for $10.40 I hope this was just a bad day and the didn't change owner's. The three people in the restaurant tonight....never saw any of them bef...
