Vero Pizza Napoletana

In the past, I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer when the restaurant was smaller because the waitstaff seemed genuinely dedicated, and I felt guilty about leaving without appreciating their hard work. However, this recent experience was frustrating. Despite our lengthy wait, they continued to accommodate walk-in guests, which only added to the chaos. There were several front-of-house staff just standing around chatting instead of helping, indicating they may have overstaffed. I think it would have been appropriate for the restaurant to offer something complimentary to guests waiting so long, but we received nothing. I visited this restaurant with my friends and we were absolutely impressed! It is on the pricier side, but the food was amazing and we definitely felt we got our money's worth. We tried several pizzas: Margherita DOP, Milk n Honey, and Salumi. For an appetizer, we had the Buffalo Mozzarella with Prosciutto di Parma, and for dessert, we enjoyed the affogato gelato soaked in espresso. If you're craving Italian cuisine and are willing to spend a little, this place is definitely worth a visit!

This is my favorite pizza place in the neighborhood. While most pizzerias in the United States serve American-style pizza with a wide range of toppings, Vero Pizza stands out as the only restaurant in Cleveland that specializes in subtractive pizza, featuring a simple combination of ingredients. The pizza, which is baked in a stone oven after you order, is absolutely delightful. The appetizers are excellent as well, and I highly recommend the Caesar salad.

This was a tasty experience. The Caesar salad was delicious, with its silky pile of Parmesan cheese and finely chopped lettuce. The pizza was excellent; perfectly baked, the crust is like biting a pillow with a crunchy outside. The service was fast and friendly. I felt welcomed and looked after. Really glad I got to try this. I was trying to find a Naples-style pizza place, and this place is so good. I go there at 7pm on a Friday and ordered one margherita pizza and pistachio gelato. The gelato was very good and a large portion (3 scoops), and the pizza looked and tastedamazing. So glad I went here, will go again.

My wife and I had our first date at Vero, and ever since, we've been regulars. The food is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is incredible. The music, the decor, and of course the delicious food create a wonderful vibe. If I could give it more stars, I definitely would!

This is the best pizza in Cleveland! The staff was incredibly friendly and made great recommendations throughout our meal. The place was clean, with tasteful decor and nostalgic music playing. I will definitely be returning!

The best pizza I have had in Cleveland by far (I have tried many places on the East and West side including Il Rione and Harlow). The staff couldn?t be more accommodating and helpful. A very positive experience! Reserva una mesa ahora
