Verre o Vin - Reserva de mesa

We visited this restaurant one evening, when we were staying in Bordeaux for a long weekend, and it was one of the highlights of the trip! Lovely food, nice atmosphere and fantastic wine. Perfect. The food was more a French tapas style, in our case we had a baked camembert, a selection of hams and cheeses and a delicious desert.. it was fantastic. The wine bottles were all displayed on the wall, with a price per glass, so you could pick and choose what you fancied. The only shame was that we wanted to go back their again on the Sunday and they were closed. :

The food was very good ,as was the very rustic surroundings in cellars which gave out a good atmosphere.Service on the whole was moderate.As it was our 1st visit to France,we struggled along trying to speak the language and understand a menu which is Written in “French only “.what we didn’t want was the waitress to tell us “that we need to try harder “.we did have a “ translator app” on our phones to help us along, but sometimes a little help is needed..That put a damper on the experience in this restaurant.We actually had no other problems with the service.

The kitchen is simple, but the reception, advice and choice of wines are better at reasonable prices. However, be careful, if you do not specify or indicate the size of the tapas plate, the server commands you in a somewhat systematic way the most important size... It's not very commercial. But we recommend this nice place.

Old building with modern lightening, Friendly and knowledgeable staff, from Beaujolais to Bordeaux going through New Zealand, a very diverse wine selection by the glass. The adaptation of sushi on a more European style are some to try even though then'll never beat the authentic version. BONUS: late hour opening! Reserva una mesa ahora

Very nice place in vault of Pierre girondine. Friendly wine bar where you feel in love or with friends. A selection of dishes is available. Thanks to the new passionate manager Julien who can advise you according to your wishes.

If I ever come back to Bordeaux, this is will be a first place I would return to! The tapas is just delicious! The staff is cool and friendly. Think to book in advance. Starting from 8:30pm it becomes quite crowded.

Online said they were open and ready for business however once we arrived the doors were locked and the lights were off. Called and no reply. Shame as it looked lovely through the window.

The foie gras of the house is amazing but large enough for 3.
