We had the pleasure of stopping by on a live music night. The musician was great and added a nice touch to our night. The bartender was super sweet but we had the marvelous experience of meeting the GM and one of the brewers. They gave us a tour of the brew room and a little history of the brewery. Such a wonderful atmosphere with kind people who are passionate about what they do. The beer is also delicious and they have a lot of games and allow dogs! Stop by when you have the chance, you won’t regret it.
Beautifully appointed tasting room in an out of the way nondescript location. Beer focused. We had a flight of five and three were very good. Left with a six pack of a lighter IPA. The bar girl was extremely friendly and personable. Most local craft beer places are friendly, but she was a notable exception. Last there about ten years ago as a hangout after work when they recently opened, has only improved.
Neat place with plenty of seats, games and of course beer. Over 25 on the menu. Sometimes they’re out of one or two, but rest assured they’ll be back in a few days. Love the Cherry Bombshell and The Snipe. Such tasty combos. You could spend hours looking at all the Veteran memorabilia on the walls. Food truck on some evenings too. Call ahead to see who’s in the parking lot!
Shelby was awesome, although she needs to let people know she's an Army vet. My husband and I are Seabee vets and have wanted to visit this establishment for over a year now, and we finally made it. Well worth the drive. The beer was great, and so was the cider. Even got to meet a fellow EO. Great place, highly recommended if you like craft beer and Veterans! Reserva una mesa ahora
This is a nice surprise. Very welcoming. I am frequently visiting Mayport Naval Station on assignment and make sure I visit this place after off time. There are absolute knockout tap selections. My dilemma is trying to be in the area before the seasonal selections tap out. Key Lime Pilsner is the one I'm either too early or too late. But one of these days!
Veterans United used to create small batches every week that were unique, innovative, and different flavors which made it exciting and fun to check out. They no longer do this and repeat the same batches so it’s pretty much the same line of beers. Otherwise, clean atmosphere and quaint little area.
This place is GREAT! Full tap list of nothing but winners. Even if it's a style I don't care for, I know the quality will be good. Buncha other good things: big tables, trivia nights, food trucks, best drunken pizza in town, but ... 100% the best BEST part is the staff are friendly and cool.
