This was our first visit to Vetri Cucina as we stay on the strip and the Palms is not really walkable from there. We view VC as a must visit restaurant for fine dining on special occasions. Ambience and service was fabulous with a view of the city from the 56th floor. Timing of food courses to table was excellent and our water/drinks were filled regularly. The staff could not be nicer. Only 2 things prevented us from giving a full 5 stars to VC: (1) It's very expensive; (2) Food portions are small. It's not a choice for value-seekers or regular dining. But, if you want a very special dining experience, you cannot go wrong with VC.
We had a table for two with a lovely window seat, which was a wonderful bonus. We shared an onion crepe appetizer, along with almond torts and corzetti, all of which were delicious. We also enjoyed a nice bottle of wine. There were multiple servers attending to us, and they all contributed to a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
This place is a hidden Vegas gem. Food was amazing, staff and service attentive, personal and professional. My wife and I will be coming back many times. The food was so delicious and made with the highest quality. Everything we tried was outstanding. If you are in Vegas make sure you visit this restaurant. Kayla was our waitress five stars!
Food was outstanding, as was the service. The only criticism I have is that the background music was mostly 70s prog rock which was a really strange choice. Also, I think they need to add a few more entree choices that are standard favorites. Don't skip dessert!

First experience at Vetri LV after many visits in Philly. Staff were excellent and the food was exceptional with quintessential pasta dishes highlighting our night. Highly recommend.
