Viana Praia e Restaurante Ilhabela Brasil

We caught a bus to Viana restaurant. The restaurant has a wide selection of fish dishes. I ate Prawns in both the starter and the main meal and both were delicious. We sat outside, and I for one regretted this because I was bitten by the bugs, but it was the season for the Borruchoudas. Actually they should be called Barracudas! That aside the meal was beautiful but not cheap. It was the kind of restaurant you take someone to for a special occasion.

Very cozy and humble set up, with an awesome view on very simpe balcony. The fish ordered, a simple one was the winner of the night! Red fish grilled with saute potatoes, the simplicity of the dish doesn't reveal the flavor and the scent, the chef managed to give to the hero of the dish, the fish, a proper balanced recipe. Simple is the real best!The desert Chocolate Pave, was also a big wow! Try and enjoy, you will not regret it!

We've had lunch twice in this restaurant on rainy days on the large terrace that give on the beach. The restaurant was always very crowded with the very many "Paulistes" who had come to Ilhabela for the weekend. Despite that, the quality of all the dishes were excellent and prepared with a lot of attention to the details.

Loved so much the shrimp in a squash, and because of this I went again to eat the same meal. The place is not very special but you forget this because of the wonderful food
