A great restaurant, beautiful views and delicious food. Unless you're stupid enough to show up there at 5:30 p.m. The friendly service turns out to be an act: you are either ignored or, as in our case, simply left sitting there for 25 minutes after ordering coffee and cake. After an endless wait, we are told that it will take another 5 minutes until our order is carried out: the staff is at the table and finally has to eat something... then there are 10 employees sitting in an illustrious group eating and the same number of guests sitting outside without operation. Operations simply stand still, guests are still seated without prior information that nothing is happening in terms of service....
5 stars for the location, service and atmosphere. Minus 1 for the food the starters and the main courses we ordered weren't that great which was a bit of a disappointment because everything else ticked the right boxes. There were other things on the menu that I would be happy to try next time. And I will update my review accordingly. The desert looked good but we had to leave early. We Loved the place. Loved the fact that it was family friendly and animal friendly. I noticed a couple of families bringing their dogs. Service was very attentive.
