I have been here a few times and majority of them have been less than stellar. My last visit was the last time I will ever sat foot in that store, or purchase anything from this establishment. Shame on the owner for her poor customer service. To grow as a business owner she will need to garner a better attitude and understanding of customer dynamics or she will always be a small little storefront serving low quality food (when/if they get the order correct). Kindness goes a long way. Maybe this place did well in the past. I wish I had read the recent reviews before visiting because it was just sad in here. I’m currently here watching 5 workers who look like they’re here over the summer break from high school run around without order. The phone is ringing off the hook. I placed an in-person order at 8:30 am for a plain bagel (not toasted) with egg. After waiting patiently for 30 minutes, I inquired about my order and was told that I never placed it. I showed the staff member who had assisted me, but they denied it. Eventually, they found my order in the POS system. I explained that I had a meeting and asked how much longer it would take. The person at the grill said it would be another 15 minutes. At this point, I was extremely upset. I felt like I was being accused of lying about placing the order. Went here to order a turkey bacon, egg and cheese on a Kaiser roll. Waited over 30 minutes for a lukewarm sandwich. Decided to give them another try with the same order adding a hash brown on the side and they gave me another cold sandwich (missing cheese! with the hash brown stuck in between overcooked eggs. I’ve never actually been to Victorias BUT someone at my job had brought bagels and CC in. And oh my gosh. I love bagels and I am particular about them. These were delicious. So soft but with a slight crisp. They also felt so light, like I could eat 3 more. Scallion CC was also sooo good! Definitely have to come out and buy some

Went in for what thought was going to be a quick breakfast. (7:30am) Ordered a bagel with bacon and a bagel with egg and cheese. Food was meh definitively not with the hype Order took forever like 25 minutes. Then son had to use the restroom it was DISGUSTING.
