super helpful staff, great cake, brilliant coffee! the hearty eating is not as excellent as the cake and coffee, but nothing bad. only not at the level of desserts. small filter coffee at £2.3 is somehow expensive (that didn't stop me from having 3 cups. although it would probably be more beautiful to offer either a larger cup for filter coffee or a refill. the adjacent shop seemed to have some interesting items and makes a good way to kill time when waiting for the bus to the mainland. this is probably the only café/restaurant in undetected (at least I have discovered nothing else, which means they are always full of people. book them before the time when they know they need rest and eat be...

Lovely views and the filled roll and tea we had was nice, but they 'd sold out of half (literally, no exaggeration) the items on the chalk board at 12:30. Why don 't they rub them out, or at least tell you all items which are gone instead of just saying sorry, run out to everything you try to order? The service left a bit to be desired too. We were sent away from the counter and told someone would be over. Eventually when people coming in behind us were being served at the counter we went back and this time they let us order. Once we could find something they actually had that is....

a must visit caffeine when in the north of unst. the freshly baked cakes and scenes are simply enormous. coffee while their main machine waited parts (filter coffee available) was nice enough. very busy place, probably best to book if they want a table to lunch. Gift shop attached. we have made 3 separate visits, it was so good.

the caffeine was closed because of kovid, but the beautiful owner of the teeroom designed a self-catering café where they can buy tee, coffee, refreshments, suppe of the day (it was delicious, sandwiches, saunas, buy. we also enjoyed the hope. many thanks for this great idea.

Great Britain's northernmost tee room offers some beautiful cakes and a good choice of tee. there are also some souvenirs to buy. the personal is really friendly and it feels cozy inside!
