Very poor customer service. The burrito turned out to taste really salty and I kindly requested a refund and I was told to bring in the food I had ordered. I felt disappointed that they wanted me to drive back to bring it in and after having driven almost half an hour away. We drove back only for the driver thru cashier to tell us that they refuse to give us a refund because we had taken a bite of the burrito. We left with no replacement nor refund. I asked to talk to the manager and they said the manager wasn't in on the weekends and that the manager works at another site. I don't recommend this place.
this is for the Tanasbourne-Lage in hillsboro oregon. this was my first visit in a victorico and it was breakfast time, so I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito. what I expected was a burrito filled with chorizo, iron and cheese. what I received was a burrito filled with kartoffels, more kartoffels and a chip of chorizo. I'm not even sure there was something in it. they should call this a baked potato burrito, because 90% of the filling were kartoffels, and they were so dry, it was almost impossible to eat unless they drowned it in hot sose.
the way and wise how employees treat customers is unacceptable and the way the owners treat the customers is unacceptable. I was attacked at the place on 122nd and strongly when I came with ordered $60 worth eating and if my order wasn't right I was nice asking after my money back and I got 2 cups of cok thrown on my head and in my brand new car when I called the police the hired lied them and said that I did it to them, and when the owners found out that they have taken full responsibility
eating is very good, but they are super slow! I arrived to pick up two commands that were already put, after 10 minutes waiting time the first order was finally finished, but the second was not ready yet. the people came after me well and they are ready and they eat. Maybe they make the order as they get them, I had to cancel the second job and a very rude woman told me they don't have to wait, they can go!
