Sadly the quality is most likely to be like China than Germany. After 15min waiting for somebody to come take my order, the waitress simply told me toasts where only for the breakfast menu (since that's what I wanted as appetizer for lunch), walked away and disappeared (I'm still shocked). Awful waited 30 mins for someone to come and take our order. My husband thought maybe it was a self serve and went to the bar to ask. Was told no someone will come to your table. So sat and waited another 10 mins. The family on the table next to us came and was served within 5 mins...But they were German....
they should not depart from the airport until they taste local brecel, beer and cheese here, coffee is also beautiful. personal was so friendly, help desk, smiling and ready to help. in general, the personal is very nice in public places in wien, caffes, barc and elect.
Individuals who worked around the airport were all helpful and knowledgeable! Airport Lounges were great and using the express train to get to and from the airport and city center was easy and extremely cost efficient!

Restaurant before security control at Viena airport, MUCH MUCH better than the ones after security with varied selection and good sausages and beer. Fresh orange juice as well and quick service. Recommended!
so happy that there is a vegan option in the menu. tasty and full. this is the only vegan option so far, but it was really good.
Pretty good to be honest and I'm saying this about cafes, food, shops, etc. Pretty small, but around it is a great airport
