There was 12 of us for dinner and the place was very friendly in accommodating us. I rang in the morning and advised they were full - so booked for a different day. Got a call back 4 hours later telling me they had a cancellation and can now fit us in! Brilliant service to start with. The place is a little tricky to find but once you are there it has a nice atmosphere to it. Service is very friendly and helpful - be aware there are no english menu. Would definitely recommend this place - menu is fantastic. Chose the goats cheese salad as my main and smoked salmon as a started. My colleague had the Schnitzel and it was massive and he said it was one of the best he had!
Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante. Fuimos a almorzar donde el almuerzo especial incluye una pequeña sopa o postre. Teníamos el Steinpilz Ravioli, que era excelente, una agradable salsa ligera con verduras y una buena porción de pasta. El servicio fue amigable. Definitivamente visitaría este restaurante ... nuevamente, ya que está ubicado en el centro del Hotel Frühling en Bankplatz, y el servicio y el calibre de la comida es excelente.
Vielharmonie es un restaurante moderno en el corazón de Brunswick. En verano, puedes sentarte afuera, lo cual es muy agradable. La comida tiene buena pinta y también sabe bien: tuve el risotto de espárragos con budín de guisantes y quedé muy contento con mi elección ... Sólo el tamaño de la porción podría ser un poco más grande por el precio del plato. El servicio fue amable y rápido, no hay quejas de esa parte.
This place is one of my Braunschweig favorites... Good selection and quality for dinner, never had lunch; fresh beer of the tap and awesome gin (cocktail) selection;Very friendly staff that is open to adjust menu items to fit your diet.Recommended for sole travellers, smaller and larger Groups. Also I haven't, I would also take my spouse and Kids there if they were in Braunschweig.

We were here multiple times during our five-day stay, because we love the bar so much. Plus Corby the owner/bartender and his amazing Gin cocktails of which there were many inventive choices. We enjoyed fabulous drinks we had never even dreamed of before. Her fav was rose petals with Hendricks, enhanced by cucumber. Mine was the physalis -- incredible!
Restaurant is located within the city centre and is quite lively even during the week. Food even though little pricey, serves you with some authentic German food. Quantities could have been little bit more German though :)Overall nice experience especially when you wanna sit and chit chat over a meal and then sipping some coffee or wine later
During my last job trip, I have eaten 2 times in this restaurant. Typical German meals, but the presentations of the plates were great and the quality of the food as well. The waitresses were very kind and available to satisfy the demands of the customers.The restaurant is like a pub, but the quality is very high!I was been very happy!!
Comimos aquí durante su estancia en el hotel Fruhlings. El personal fue muy servicial al explicar el menú debido a nuestra falta de alemán. La comida y el vino eran muy buenos. El pan con crema fresca de cebollino era excelente.

Pleasant restaurant, standard meals. Not something special, or traditional. The interior is not very cozy,especially if your table is in one of the 'extra' rooms. Their gin lists though....
Outside seating under trees on the Bankplatz was very enjoyable. The menu is a mix of German and international cuisine; the German items seemed to be more tasty. The service was uneven.
