This is our go to Viet food place in Kitsilano!The restaurant itself is small but usually not super packed.We mainly frequent here for the well-priced pho. The broth has a nice flavour. The meat and veggies always taste fresh.In my books, it's worth checking out!Vegetarian options: Veggie Pho and Veggie Spring Rolls available.Parking: Parking is tough to come by with the Broadway Subway Project Construction currently. There is however good paid parking along southbound Burrard that's pretty cheap. Just cross Broadway and you're at the restaurant.

Quick service, cheap prices (pre-2020 prices in 2023! , decent flavors. We arrived just before 7pm and ordered a summer salad roll with shrimp, a chicken banh mi, and an extra large house special. None of the flavors were overwhelming or overly flavored, just simple ingredients. Sure, other places will push up the flavor of the banh mi with sauces but I appreciate the simplicity of the banh mi and salad roll here during my visit today. I was plenty stuffed and defs recommend this place if you just want something simple and not over the top.

Definitely a must try restaurant. We had the grilled ribs on rice, Hue style soup, some deep fried rolls, the Vietnamese sandwich and mango smoothie. There’s absolutely no criticism about this restaurant. The food can’t be anymore authentic tasting, very reasonable price and quickly served.

Awesome Viet food with awesome prices! I tried so many Vietnamese restaurants around Vancouver and Viet Flavour is definitely in my top favourites!

The beef pho broth was lacking flavor. Just okay, nothing special.
