I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered chicken fried rice but received shrimp fried rice instead, which is a problem since I'm allergic to shrimp. When I called to explain the situation, the person who answered argued with me, insisting that I had ordered the shrimp. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, and I’m really disappointed by this experience. The representative was rude and even mentioned that he would get my order wrong again if given the chance. I strongly advise against ordering from here if you value good customer service; it was disrespectful and unprofessional.

One of their main draws for me is actually their vegetarian options. They have a vegetarian broth as well as fish sauce available so it's pretty easy for them to convert any dish to vegetarian. Vegetarian options: Although their vegetarian menu is a small percentage of the overall menu, they have an option for everything so you don't feel strapped for choices. I was in the Ridgedale area on a chilly evening in Minnetonka and suddenly had a craving for Pho! I called the restaurant and asked for their recommendation, and they suggested the Pho with rare beef, which sounded great. I went in to pick it up, and they packaged it perfectly, with the soup, veggies, and beef kept separate. When I got home, I warmed it up on the stove, and there was more than enough food for two people, enough for two meals! It was absolutely delicious!

We were on a tour bus and this was one of our options for supper. About 10 of us chose it. When we walked in there was no one else in there eating at 6pm. We were able to let the server/hostess know that we needed to be out by a certain time and they worked with us to get our food in time. Very bad customer service. I always come to this place and order but the customer service is awful. They got my order wrong and didn’t do anything about it. They said they didn’t care and wouldn’t fix it. Whoever was on the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Please do not come here for the service. The food is not even that great. We tried Viet Hoa takeout tonight for the first time and we LOVED it! We ordered the banh mi, plain Pho, egg rolls and sweet sour chicken. The pho really hit the spot and we both inhaled it! Excellent banh mi, super fresh, delicious toasted bread. The staff was super friendly upon pickup and the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be coming back! Service: Take out

I always come to this place cause my friend works here. They got my order wrong and i asked them about it. They argued with me saying that I was in the wrong when clearly i knew what I ordered. This is one of our favorite places! The takeout is excellent—not too greasy and packed with flavor. For service, we opted for takeout for dinner, and the price per person was around $10–20. I highly recommend the Pho 1 Seafood Noodle Soup and the dumplings!
