The dining experience here is of exceptionally high quality, and the consistency is impressive. I highly recommend it. The service is always friendly. You must try Córdo Tâm! For vegetarians, there are plenty of delicious options, including many sweet dishes. The restaurant is also child-friendly, with ample space for kids, and I've noticed families dining here. Parking is convenient, with around 50 spots available outside for several food establishments. Moreover, the restaurant is fully accessible for those on foot.
Loved my Prawn Laksa/Spring rolls/Lychee Drink. The Lychee was similar to having Dessert. Laksa was very tasty and very filling...it was too much for me. Very welcoming staff and also mannered. I definitely would recommend for their flavours and my favourite that I can call in to on my way home after work.
I really enjoy the delicious specialty dishes here. The rice rolls are made fresh, and the hot Vietnamese coffee is simply the best! I highly recommend this place. They also provide high chairs and plastic dishes for children, which is a nice touch. As for parking, there are adequate spaces available.
I ordered take away over the phone then came to the restaurant and asked if I could just have a plate to eat at the restaurant instead, they had a row of table vacant and told me “it’s too busy right now, if you stay, it’s more work for us” it was pretty rude. I just wanted to eat in the restaurant

They were on full capacity when we came in tonight. They have set up a table for us which I thought was a nice gesture. The complimentary jasmine tea was lovely, food was tasty and staff was really friendly. It was a bit pricey but hey, they gonna make their dollars. Overall a good experience.

Good local vietnamese restaurant with no frills but delicious food. Ordered the prawn noodle soup and fried rice.Soup had a deep flavourful broth and prawns were not overcooked. Fried rice was seasoned well with a good level of protein.Very filling.
