Viet Siam - Reserva de mesa

While walking around Paris, we found this gem of a restaurant. If you love oriental food you have to try this place. I have been to a few Vietnamese restaurants in the US bit his was the first I've tried one in Europe. We have been here three times so far! They use fresh basil, mint, cilantro and other herbs, along with fresh raw veggies. Their drinks are amazing and unusual. Loved everything about the place except the service can be on the slow side, especially if you happen to sit downstairs in the basement. When we ate upstairs near the bar area the service was excellent. I will be back, next time in Paris!

the old Siam offers old and old laotian. It seems to me that the bosses are also those of the lao siam, located rue de belleville.The welcome is always nice. two small rooms are visible on the front, and a third is on the upper floor, not containing more than 4 tables. the bobun is very good, the loc lake beef requested with an egg on it is my cute sin but we are still hungry if we only eat this dish.

-nems, dried meat and bun : very good. the pho soup and the noodles jumped from our neighbors also looked delicious. value for money at the welcoming, efficient, very nice top. Quick service.-The kitchen closes late: guests were still arriving at 22:20!-deco not terrible but warm atmosphere.

I think we've been going about 2 or 3 times a month for years, and it's always as good as it's in soup or dry, go to the eyes closed.

the dishes are good and hearty I took a bo bun with shrimp that was very well the fried ravioli are good

Nice family kitchen and excellent.. Onion beef and gimgembre.
