Viet Thai Restaurant

ABSOLUTELY YUMMY FOOD!!. Had dinner with my partner last night and was pleasantly suprised, the service was great, the decor is homely and the best part was the food! It was delicious food and the servings were of a generous portion. I would absolutely recommend eating here, it is a lovely place and the man that served us was more than pleasant. There are a few restaurants we go to and some are on gouger street and I personally think this one, has better quality food and excellent flavours. Parking is easy, car park behind the shop but this sweet little restaurant can be easily missed due to it's location. Try, you will not be disappointed! Will be back next week :

I tried this restaurant for the first time after hearing good reviews, but I was disappointed. The dishes were too sweet and lacked the exotic aroma and herbal fragrance I was expecting. Having recently returned from Thailand and living with a Vietnamese family for over 5 years, I can say that the food was not authentic Thai or Vietnamese. It seemed to be catered more towards Western taste buds, as evidenced by the many non-Asian customers I saw waiting for takeout. I am a regular at another Thai restaurant nearby and will continue to go there instead.

Just round the corner from home.  Dropped in for a quick bite.  Waitress friendly and a real person, and reassured us in response to a question that eating within 1 hour quite possible!  Took drink and food order quickly, and the drink arrived soon after.  Ordered Kao Pad Gai.  Generous portion and good amount of chicken.  Well cooked and flower shaped cut carrot side for decoration a nice touch.  Somewhat retro 80s wood panel decor but that is quite okay for a local!

First time....will be coming back. Tonight we decided to branch out of our usual locals. And cant believe i havent done it sooner.At first was bit concerned at the lack of diners but that quickly changed when we realised how busy the takeaway was.We ordered all from the vietnamese menu and it was delicious only issue was we ordered too much.Highly recommend one of the best vietnamese I've had in adelaide. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes ranging from mild to hot. I tried the Pad-Pak Viet Thai, a flavorful combination of seasonal vegetables in a red curry sauce topped with coconut. The dish was not too spicy, but they can make it hotter upon request. I forgot to order rice to accompany the meal, but overall, the experience was enjoyable.

Mostly good food, sometimes it varies in flavour ie) too salty or no salt at all. But over all friendly staff, and good food at good prices. We always go here for viet food. Great job guys!

Food was pretty average, wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. Dish sizes were towards the smaller side. Staff were super friendly though so we’d happily go back to support a kind local business.

Great food!! Authentic Vietnamese and Thai dishes. Family run business. Dishes are very good size serves with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it!!!

This Vietnamese restaurant is a hidden gem that offers delicious food at a great price. It's definitely worth a visit, especially if you live nearby.
