Vietnam Hilltop Restaurant

The wife and I went here for dinner with a group of people (12 in total) Saturday night. Firstly they only had a table set for 9 & seemed very reluctant to add another table. The restaurant was packed to the rafters & the noise was very loud. it took almost 45 minutes to take our order. I ordered water & glasses for the table and after 30 minutes I had to ask again. we opted for a variety of banquets and the 1 I ordered was supposed to not have any Chilli ( to which I am allergic), The staff advised us that there was no Chilli in any dishes on this banquet!! Visited this restaurant with my sister and her husband who live in the area.... First impressions were, bright, roomy, pleasant decor not overdone, white and pink table cloths, comfortable chair's.. The menu was quite extensive so we decided on a banquet the waitress who served us was very friendly and helpful we were able to mix and match, good selection of wine which came in LARGE glasses at reasonable prices, service was quick we didn't have to wait long for our food.. Starters were chicken satay and curry puffs followed by main course of two chicken dishes one spicy which was my favourite, prawns, vegetables, noodles and rice all equally delicious and more than enough for the three of us...

We have know of this restaurant for quite a while but never dined there until recently. This is difficult as I am not an expert on Vietnamese cuisine. There were 6 of us and each enjoyed their meals. Food was good and tasty. Service was good.For me, it is a good quality restaurant, although the prices are a little high. Still, a good experience and one we will be enjoying for many more meals.Small wine list but for its size I wouldn't expect or need a much greater selection. You can byo.

Friendly staff, great food and good value for money!! Vietnam Hilltop Restaurant is our favourite Asian restaurant in the south. We are regulars and love it. They have the best selection of meals - our favourites being the duck, salt and pepper squid, marinated chicken, and other meals too numerous to mention. Excellent food at this restaurant and reason for regular return. Entrees are of a nice amount and all delicious. Fantastic variety and quality in the mains so selection is very hard. Staff super friendly and provide a rubber band for my large beard (ha). Don’t miss out, just by the entrance to the mall.<br/

I've bought a chicken salad from this restaurant a few times & it's been delicious every time. Service is prompt & the menu is extensive. Lunch time they offer meat rolls, aswell as cold rolls, buffet style food plus what's on the main menu. Great place to grab a bite.

Great little vietnamese restaurant. Its our favorite comfort food stop. Cheap rolls or tasty noodles eat in or take away. We pop in every 2 weeks to get our tasty fix. Laksa is always in the order. Not to hot and full of flavor. Friendly staff.

prices have gone up heaps with the new owners food still same though but prices have driven us away.
