UPDATE Within hours of posting this review, the owner contacted me apologizing for the wait staff reaction to the issue. They said they immediately addressed the wait staff to better address similar issues in the future and also offered a gift certificate to help compensate. Was very satisfied with the owner 's prompt contact and handling of the issue. I told them because of all that they were doing to address this issue and any future issues that we would not give up on them and their business and would visit and try again. In the past, the food service were great. Lately, it seems like it has been going downhill. 3rd time in a row that mozzarella sticks were way undercooked. As I placed my order this 3rd attempt, I highlighted the issue with the mozzarella sticks and requested that they ensure they are cooked thoroughly. Alas, when the food arrived, I instantly tried one and (of course) they were not fully cooked. When the waitress finally came to check on us, I informed her of this and she just said surprisingly 'they 're not? '. No further dialogue. No attempt to correct it. Just walked away and avoided our table. Hence, why she received NO TIP. It 's unfortunate because I often tip 30% 60% depending on service and effort. Even left a nicely worded message on receipt on how to handle this type of sitation. Will NOT be going back again!
