Villa Brazil Café Grill

I did not get a single piece of meat and they still rang me up $11.99/lb. When I asked the lady behind the counter why it was not $9.99/lb, she said because you got things from the salad bar! I asked if I have not gotten anything from the salad bar, would it have been $9.99/lb? She said no...! You have mushroom and it's like meat....I did not know mushroom and meat have the same price! I'm still not sure who qualifies for their $9.99/lb price.I paid over $22 for a plate of vegetables. I could have gone to another place, gotten an actual meat-based meal, and paid a same/lower price. The quality of the food was very good, but I won't be going back or recommending it for the lack of honesty, transparency, and customer service. The lady was not able to explain the pricing to me although I checked with her before starting too.

We love this place for meat. Their barbeque selection is great. However, this place needs some quality control. The ladies at the cashier are the same ladies that will cut you a slice of cake without gloves. We purchased the chocolate chip cookies and they were hard as a rock! Inedible!! If you can't serve your cookies fresh, don't serve cookies at all. Especially when you come to this place with kids.

This place used to be good for me, I liked it some nomths ago but food quality has decreased. Meat is not like before, doesn't taste fresh, tenderness not same, juicy, everything.I think If I come back I will try something else, but meat no more.Service is OK, but meat has decreased quality over time on my opinion.

The place is clean and cozy, good service good price, the food was good but I have a better option. What takes out stars they don’t have the grill meat as other restaurants, anyway the food is fresh, is good and warm. I liked.Food: 3/5

The sirloin steak was really delicious. The stuffed zucchini was tasty. Great service. Excellent value for the price!!
