Desayuno mi pueblo was decent. The salsa seemed fresh and had a good kick it to it and the tortillas hechas a mano were good. However, the chilaquiles, fried beans, and homestyle potatoes were awful. Homestyle potatoes were definitely old and dry. It seems like microwaved it. The fried beans and the tortilla used for chilaquiles tasted old as well (not the same as the ones made by hand). It just seems like they reheated the food that was at least a day old (possibly more). I expected freshly made food.
