Villa D'isle - Reservar una mesa

Popped in for lunch without a reservation despite being busy a table was available. Staff very friendly cordial. Had nems for starters which is somewhat unusual but was assured that it was made on the premises. OK but dry suggesting that it wasnt todays. Next had a veal entrecte which served just right (ros but the chips were soggy probably straight out of the freezer and into oil insufficiently hot served with maroilles sauce which didnt help the chips. The apple tart was average but with a flaming Grand Mariner: more for show than for taste. Will I return? For the decor ambiance yes for the food not so sure.

very good reception, it is a beautiful place with lots of charm. We had bryan as a waiter, he was at the top, nothing to say, very professional and very attentive, it is a person who knows his profession very well. for the meal we have all enjoyed, from the kitchen and products of well-presented quality. The price remains very affordable for what is served us. We'll go back with pleasure.

a very pleasant welcome in a beautiful decoration, except the hose in the window! a server hesitating on simple questions? excellent dishes, the piece of beef a little nervous! Very good desserts. the price of the water carafe still a little high!
