Villa Erasmo - Reservar una mesa

I tried their eggplant parm for the first time on Thanksgiving and they make this dish exactly the way I love it the eggplant is nice and thin, it's not soggy at all, the breading is perfectly seasoned, the tomato sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and slightly tangy, and the perfect amount of cheese melted on top. CHEFS KISSso happy, wish I had discovered this gem sooner. I live an hour away and would 100% make the drive for this eggplant.
