I've been thinking for a long time if I want to know my experience...so on the way: the staff were all super friendly.The Hotel Villa Heine has potential. However, I also wondered where they got the 4th star?We were there in mid-October. Something old. In the bathroom there were still black hair on the floor, as well as water stains and apparently a tea or coffee cup rim. A beautiful place for a short relaxing holiday. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The spa area is small but fine. You'll find everything you need. There is a discount for the bathroom in the room. The bathroom has come in the years, so the shower does not seem so clean. Wi-Fi didn't work all weekend. Still, I'll be back at any time. We felt it not so bad when you order hot chocolate and get a lukewarm cocoa. Even Saturday was not cleaned or that there was nothing for vegetarians on the buffet, but that in a wellness hotel a heated pool is so cold that we could not walk in was unreasonable. The toilet was also not cleaned in the wellness area. So we won't book the hotel again
