CAUTION! QUALITY CONTROL! the food here has serious health concern issues. Its not being preserved properly, it has a foul smell and taste.I did not read the reviews before eating as I trusted Villa Madina to uphold its name and after reading all these reviews now I feel disgusted and poisoned quite frankly! My wife is pregnant and I fed her this TOXIC food. I will be writing to AIMCo too. Do not reply to me with your generic reply I will not be going through that channel to address my concerns.

This place and the food was horrible . The sauce was so bad and the flavour of the food was horrible . The rice and salad didn’t taste good at all . The rice tasted rotten and salad tasted bad like it outside for a long time . The old owners were so much better than this . The new owners don’t do the food properly. Shut this place down . And ask health and food safety people to come check the food . This place doesn’t derserve a rating .

Please STEER CLEAR of this outlet....I ordered a CHICKEN shawarma and the girl at the counter had no idea how to put together a shawarma wrap !Looks like she was more hungrier than the guests ...If you have ever had a shawarma then you would know that whatever they call Shawarma is NOT it.Save your money and go to Chick Fila or Jollibee or something.... disappointing...

People who ever serving food there in the counter thinks we come there to get free food from them and they serve food quantity very very less rice less salad less chicken or beef.we pay for food, they think they are doing a charity and we are coming there to get free food.Worst service! Make sure you guys give proper training for people who works there.

One of the worst places to eat!!!!! Avoid this place, you have so many options in the food court. The service was the worst ever and could not even handle the online orders from uber and others while were standing in line to order. Took 30 plus minutes to order and then they were confused on what everyone ordered.

They advertised shawarma for $5 but people were standing around being told 15-20 minutes wait for a shawarma, roughly 5 employees standing doing nothing. Seems as if they were trying to get either the customers to buy something else for more money or leave. Horrible!!!!!

You guys should check the quality of your food before serve. Last Sunday the sharma plate I bought rice was rotten pickles are old. Before your sharma plate price was 12$ it maintained good quality...now you increased the price to 18$ the taste, food quality get poor.

I went for a falafel wrap at Villa Madina at lunch time at the Scarborough Town Centre while shopping for chocolates and teas. The vegetables were fresh  with the falafels hot and ready as pictured attended by hard working pleasant staff.

One of my fave fast food places to get healthy medditeranean food. From shawarma to salads you can never go wrong.<br/ <br/ I also love that you can mix chicken and beef in your shawarma

Chicken shawarma has less chicken more vegetables they should name it vegitable shawrma. Its not good.
