What a gem we found! The street is practically lined by multiple competing Italian restaurants and we were so glad we picked this! I admit I was sceptical of its rave online reviews (google), with some praising the pasta as the best one had ever eaten. Menu was short but the quality of its offerings is unbeatable! Indeed, the capellini (angel hair) was the best that all three of us have ever eaten! My friend also commented that the fettuccine had the best texture he has ever tasted. Amazing right, to have found such an eatery in little town of Sitges!?! The cook was also particularly generous and thoughtful. Apart from giving our own main courses, a small extra serving was offered as “sample” for the other friends. We had foie gras which arrived in thick slabs with a tub of roasted bread; and avocado with prawns which was super delicious; and an amazing plate of fried ravioli (our first time eating ravioli that’s fried). The service staff was attentive and helpful. When I asked for iced lemon tea she appeared stunned but proceeded to make a hot pot of tea, with a glass of lemon and lots of ice. I have never made iced lemon tea like this in a restaurant before it’s so cute!!!! We had lemon ice cream, vanilla ice cream and chocolate ice cream it provided a satisfying end to our lunch. Well done, guys!!! You’re the best!!!
