being on holiday with more time to give my opinion on some restaurants visited in recent months, such as the rene lalique villa. I was invited by a client wishing to please me and who knew my taste for art and painting in particular. Mission accomplished. I was enchanted by the situation of the place, the very refined shining decor of all the wonderful lalic crystals. The round of dishes was a pleasure first for the eyes. a true palette of painters where the colors were in an infinite harmony that could also have composed a sonata. the bottom itself, the taste of the dishes has been secondary to me. from the reception to the service, the kitchen or the sommery, everything is perfect. The creation menu is a real wonder and gives a real vision of the chef's talent.The skills of the sommelier chef and the uninterrupted comments of the proposed wines allowed us to spend an exceptional moment on Monday, July 24, noon. We chose the 4-course menu to compose ourselves and it was a treat from beginning to end, from amuse-drinks to mignardises. creamy foods, skillfully mixing deep and acidified flavours, and a wine map that reads as an exciting book. Let us add to the contents of the plate a very pro, young and attentive staff (and open to humour) a sommelier who was not avaryed in explanations and beautiful objects wherever you look. not to mention the sublime building signed mario botta. We had a great time, and some bites were so delicious that we were having fun!

We were already conquered by the kitchen of Mr.Klein for having tasted it at the arnsburg several times and went to discover the lalic villa where we received an exceptional welcome in a sober and prestigious setting with of course many lalic details. We chose the signature menu, it was a real delectation of flavors, each dish was a feast, an explosion of exquisite dishes with products of valued qualities! staff are attentive without being overwhelmed.
