We rented a house in Eyragues for a week and found ourselves in the village for lunch one day. There are a handful of expensive Provencal restaurants in the village, but, really? We sat at a pleasant outdoor table and ordered from the two Menu...du Jour offerings, along with pizzas for our teen children. The pizzas were wood-fired and crisp, and pronounced delicious. My husband ordered one Menu that included a rustic andouille sausage with potatoes (I tasted.
