Village Grec - Reserva de mesa

It's been a long time since we last set foot here and it would be the last time. Yesterday we said to ourselves to go back there to eat, to our great surprise the quality had dropped considerably but was horribly mediocre!!! Yes we finished our dishes because we were hungry but nothing more. It's no longer tasty like before, the squid leaves something to be desired, the rice and the potatoes bland without any taste just oily without any freshness, a small piece of lousy octopus and when we asked for it from the waitress she left to pass it on message to the kitchen to tell them this is the quality of octopus we are giving pffff, Greek salad without vinaigrette with pieces of chopped tomatoes...

The service has been terrible lately. We went on a Saturday night and wanted to dine in.The waiter told us it was a 45 minute wait. We could see plenty of empty tables,so we asked to be seated at any of the empty tables and he refused.Five minutes later,another waiter comes by and tells us it's a 5 minute wait.As soon as we were about to be seated there was a whole argument. They wouldn't let us sit because we didn't have reservations and on Saturdays, it's reservations only. Nobody told us it's reservations only on Saturdays? We got three different excuses. What's the big deal. If the tables are empty, why not sit your clientèle? So we were forced to leave.That was a shitty way to treat you...

Greece inside Laval! I liked the greek beer, The food was very good, tasty and more than enough if you are hungry. A very remarkable thing for me was the decoration of the restaurant. Wherever you see you will identify greek elements. The attention was fast and very kind. I am happy that I was able to travel to Greece during my lunch break! : Service: Dine in
