Done a nice job of refinishing, unfortunately they now have the so called carvery in the actual pub and not the restaurant! They spent a lot of money on very high quality TV screens for the football, your lucky if you can get a seat on a Sunday as a lot of tgem are now reserved, but they are left empty as not a lot of people are actually having the Sunday lunch. Big mistake not leaving ot in the restaurant, lot 's of people now finding other places to go to watch sport etc. My biggest complaint is the larger! It 's expensive and the quality of it is very bad.
Asked for a double bailies to go in a black coffee didn’t have any asked for tia Maria didn’t have any asked for red wine (merlot) asked to it point out!!!! Meal chicken stack, hardly a stack a piece of chicken with lettuce tomato on a bun!!! Sweet potato fries complete with grey hair and a strange coloured coleslaw that was warm obviously not been in the fridge £16.50 for food total waste of money had better quality for less elsewhere won’t returning
Visited the pub restaurant for daughter's birthday meal. (Three adults, two children) The adults had fish and chips the batter on the fish was perfect; light and crispy. The kids both had burgers and they were huge the kids lived them though. Great service, friendly staff and clean and presentable environment. Overall an enjoyable meal. My only gripe was that it was a but cold in there, but that's probably just me!
Overnight airport stay with parking included, staff were really amazing from Stacey in the bar area to Kevin who was decorating at the time. So helpful in letting us know the easiest ways to get in to liverpool and to the airport the next day. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. only had a sandwich for lunch this was good but expensive for a club sandwich. Parking was easy lots of space.

I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. Vikky was our server and she went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed. My wife loved her burger and I was impressed when they upgraded my steak for free after running out of the original cut I ordered. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. Overall, we had no complaints about our meal.
I used the Bar/food facilities on the 19th Feb. they charged me twice for my order.2 months later i am still trying to get my money back. they don't answer emails and just ignore the customer. Please beware if you are using their facilities as they have no interest in the customer
If I were a student in Liverpool, I would probably have spent a significant amount of time at this restaurant. The restaurant is spacious and the food is very reasonably priced.
When you have a hangover, what food do you crave? Do you belong to the increasing group of people who turn to fruit and toast for breakfast, or do you prefer something else?

This spacious restaurant is great for large groups, but we should have known something was off when it was mostly empty at 6pm on a Saturday.
Excellent staff, good service and the food was not too bad. Big screen TV's if you like sports. Big lounge chairs for extra comfort.
