Along with another couple we booked B B for one night, so we could attend a Christmas party nearby. The check-in staff were very friendly efficient so we dropped our bags headed for the hotel bar. Our room was smallish but ok with a good-sized shower in the spotlessly clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The bar man kindly used his own phone to order us a taxi. The full English breakfast was excellent with a waitress on hand to make sure we were kept supplied with tea or coffee toast. At only £55 our stay was very good value for money.
In 2015, my wife's bridesmaids and her son stayed at this restaurant. On the day of our wedding, the hallway from their room to the outside door had been painted without any warning signs, causing her son to get paint all over his suit jacket. We complained at the time and followed up after the wedding multiple times, but the management's evasive actions were shocking. It seemed like they were trained by the SAS, almost insinuating that we were partially to blame. Shockingly bad management and customer relations.
I stayed at this hotel for one night on business on 6 February and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely and friendly it was. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. I dined at the Italian-themed restaurant in the evening and enjoyed the delicious food options, including pizzas. The hotel also has a large and reasonably priced bar, with plenty of seating areas to relax. I would definitely stay here again as it is a hidden gem in Warrington. Overall, a great stay.
The Villagio staff were all wonderful from booking and right through to the evening itself. They helped us with recommending the resident dj. The food was wonderful. The room was spotless for us and the staff very attentive. We had a few special requests and they were more than happy to help. If we need a function room again this will be our first choice. Do not stay here, I booked a hotel at this place and at night the manger got on top of the roof and started staring through my window, I’ve also rang the police and they said they will get it sorted out for us but I still don’t know how this manager is still working here The room was nice but there’s a ton of dust on top of the pictures and fresh new clean towels on the floor
I went to Villagio restaurant with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the service and food were both excellent and reasonably priced. There was plenty of parking available next to the hotel. We all had a wonderful evening and would definitely go back again.
