First of all the location is perfect. In the center of Colmar. The only positive. I had a terrible night. Good morning, I recently went to this hotel. A good balanced breakfast, the waitresses are pleasant, the bed is comfortable apart from the slightly flat cousin, they have to take care of the housekeeping, the towels are not very practical for washing, I recommend adding washcloths. Good luck to the team.
I honestly didn't like it very much. The dry and distant treatment. I highlight as positive its good location and the breakfast, varied and forceful; but the rooms somewhat dirty and neglected. In our room, for example, the sink didn't work well and the toilet made a lot of noise, unpleasant.
