Everything was fantastic until I interacted with the DJ. We visited as a group of 14 on July 23, 2023, and had been there for nearly three hours without hearing any of our requested songs. I approached the DJ to ask if the QR code was functioning or if we needed to make requests directly to him. He shouted back at me, “Three hours? Try having people saying this for seven hours of your shift!” It was honestly astonishing. When I told my friend what had happened, the DJ then yelled across the dance floor at me about how customers like me ruin his day. It was completely unacceptable. Terrible. I came in at 1am, paid the entry fee and immediately lined up my song. Got till 3 am, my song STILL hadn 't come on. My friends who had put their song on AFTER me had got their song on before, and at 3 am my still still wasn 't on. Waited 2 hours for a karaoke song, by which time I was fed up and left, didn 't even get my song. Absolutely absurd, the DJ has said to my friend that too many songs had come on by 'Greg ', and they 'd removed it. We tried to explain to them that it was a different Greg (which it was) and they didn 't believe us. Never ended being able to Kareoke. NEVER RETURNING.

This karaoke bar is truly appalling. The person collecting the entrance fee initially agreed to let me and my friends in for £3 each, but ended up overcharging me by taking payment for four people, despite me clearly stating I was only paying for myself. When our other friends arrived after us, he charged me again without my permission! I requested a refund for the money he unlawfully took from me, and the so-called "manager" responded by saying, "your friends can pay you back with a drink." This establishment exploits young, vulnerable women! I highly recommend avoiding it!

I would strongly advise against this place. The bouncers seemed more than willing to let young women in, but two Asian men in front of me were turned away because they weren't considered "regulars." This felt very discriminatory. I also found the bouncers to be quite confrontational, and the manager was unhelpful as well. The drinks were overpriced, and the restroom situation was in such poor condition that you'd need skates just to navigate it. Overall, it just feels like a place that’s all about appearances. Amazing venue! Good Karaoke set up. Visited here with work colleagues and the atmosphere was brilliant! Staff behind the bar were really friendly and extremely helpful. I didn't get up on the stage for Karaoke myself but next time I am in Manchester I might give this place another try with a go on the karaoke myself Drinks are served in plastic glasses for what I can only presume are safety reasons. We decided to speak with the manager on duty, who disclosed that she had received numerous complaints about him. His behavior and attitude were appalling. This venue is supposed to be a fun place to enjoy time with friends, yet we were treated with such disrespect and disregard. It's shocking to pay for entry only to be spoken to like that. This reflects poorly on the establishment and the rest of the staff. Overall, it was a huge disappointment!

This place is truly wonderful! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the drinks are reasonably priced for Manchester. The staff is quick and provides excellent service. However, a significant drawback is that anyone in the venue can remove songs from the queue. You might select a song and wait, but you may never get the chance to perform it. Karaoke is a lot of fun when you actually get the opportunity to sing!

I felt compelled to leave a review after my visit last night—I had the most wonderful evening! From the friendly doorman to the lovely bar staff, everything was fantastic. I wish I could give it 10 stars! Reserva una mesa ahora

Waited over an hour neither me nor my friend got the chance to sing the song we requested yet somehow saw the same group of 4 tone death people multiple times. Highly disappointing would not recommend.

Tried getting in for several years but they never like the look us. Nobody was too drunk and most certainly not trouble makers. Would love to review it properly but can never get in.
