Vincent Favre Felix was an amazing discovery last night! My husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here and could not have left happier! The service was impeccable. All of the servers were informative, friendly and attentive. We chose the 9-course tasting menu to explore a sampling of the chef's talents and were very impressed. Each dish was elegant and unique. Our favorite starters were the Oeuf plein air 64° (Soft boiled egg in heaven) and l'Homard, myrtilles sauvages, betterave (Lobster, wild blueberries and beets). My husband enjoyed the Pigeon but I felt the Omble Chevalier (Char) stole the show with it's delicately smoked flavor and flawless presentation. The cheese tray...
We came to this restaurant Tuesday noon we took 4 gourmet menus. A gustative discovery of the entrance of the desert, a welcome and a service just at the top. This restaurant just deserves his macaron that I think I'm coming soon. Simple products revisit with a breathtaking cheese trolley. The side cellar is very well topped and prices are correct. Wow. 11 official courses plus one surprise. A culinary explosion of flavors, variety and service. Vincent is the best. We had the 11 course for 149 euros. Best value anywhere. If you are anywhere near Annecy, France-and not living on a pizza budget, this is a once in a lifetime experience. Period. Thank you Vincent.
