I visited Vincent Fish Bar, only to discover that it was closed and appeared abandoned. It seemed like the place had shut down for good, so I cannot recommend going there. Google Maps indicated that it was open, which suggests there's an issue with the map's information. Overall, I would rate my experience as follows: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
