"excellent lunch menu 3 courses for less than 20€. it is a wine cellar, so the most fantastic selection by the glass really worth knowing coworkers without pretension. nicely boiled eating started with a potato salad they were room temperature for the best taste and. dressed with lachsroe and what looked like orange ceste, but infact was dried and compressed lachsroe funny Italian name cannot remember) drizzle of lemon olive oil and mesclun salad. next was slowly boiled calf meat is not the easiest cut, but it had been marinated in criminal and gallen for over 12 hours. dominant with minze w good. served with jam of aubergin and tiny dilated yellow surgeons. pudding was a slightly picked mariscapone with jam of grapefruit on a bed of marais de bois strawberries, which had been softened with sweet grapefruit juice and some beautiful crispy bits too! had a wonderful crispy and mineral muscat et sevre white wein treat a real mittagous too, which I would visit next time in a little"

Excellent lunch time menu 3 courses for less than 20€. It's a wine cellar so the most fantastic selection by the glass - really knowledgeable staff without pretension. Beautifully cooked food- started with a potato salad - they were room temperature for best flavor and dressed with salmon roe and what looked liked orange zest but infact was dried and compressed salmon roe ( funny Italian name can't remember) drizzle of lemon olive oil and mesclun salad. Next up was slow cooked veal - poitrine is not the easiest cut but it had been marinated in herbs and galic for over 12 hrs. Dominant with mint- v good. Served with confit of aubergine and tiny diced yellow courgettes. Pudding was a lightly whipped marscapone with confit of grapefruit on a bed of marais de bois strawberries that had been slightly softened with sweetened grapefruit juice and some lovely crunchy bits too! Had a wonderful crisp and mineral muscat et sevre white wine - a real lunch time treat that I will definitely visit next time in toulouse and buy some wine too.
