unsure of where all these good reviews are coming from as soon as we walk in, we are not greeted nor directed to a table. as we wait for our meal, we see people getting frustrated as they are not being served because the waitress is too busy on her phone. when we received our meal, our food was clearly microwaved as the entire plate was warm and just did not look fresh. when you pay a lot of money for food you’d expect it to have more than a couple slices of meat. embarrassing
I have been coming here for years and unfortunately I have seen the steady decline. The quality of food has reduced, the service just as bad. Ordered my meal before a family of five sitting next to me. The family managed to receive their order before ours. When our order came out, it was wrong. And the staff didn't even apologise.
