As a slim Asian guy with long hair, I believe none of these characteristics justify laughing at a customer. One would expect that, regardless of personal biases, staff would be able to treat customers with respect. No quality of food is worth enduring such treatment, and a restaurant that prides itself on its Brooklyn roots should extend the same courtesy to every patron.
The staff should be more mindful, as not everyone is comfortable with this sort of behavior. It's essential for them to reflect on how they treat customers and make conscious efforts to avoid repeating such conduct in the future.
Okay, so the decor is not fancy, but the pizza is outstanding, Caesar salad is delicious, and the desserts are a great finish. We have yet to find an item on the menu we did not thoroughly enjoy. Ordering online is fast and easy and the food is ready when promised. Vinnie's deserves its excellent ratings and it is worth a drive.
Wow this place is amazing. The food is so good, and cheap by Bay Area standards this sort of quality would be like 50% more at other places. But above all it's just so tasty! I order online for pickup and it's always hot and ready for me right on time.

This pizza is amazing! We order from Vinnie's about twice a month. The thin crust is delicious, and the flavors are fantastic. Our favorites are the Rockaway and Bensonhurst pizzas.

They have a few cool frozen options besides pizza. Tortellini, ravioli, gnocchi and even some cannoli and home made sauce.
