Hands down the best pasta I have ever tasted! Compared to what you'd pay at upscale Italian restaurants in LA or Irvine, the quality of food here was so much better at a much more reasonable price point. The vibe is very cozy. Our waitress was also very helpful and friendly. I think we've just found our spot : Here is everything we had: House bread with EVOO and balsamic vinegar: the bread was soft and warm. 9/10. Fiori di Zucchina: the combination of pesto and honey was perfect! The breading was a lot thicker than I expected but I still enjoyed it. From what I've seen elsewhere, I was expecting very light coating, so that the blossom is still visible. 8.5/10. Fagotti al Tartufo: the pasta w...

Vino E Cucina has been on my list for sometime since I frequent this street but have never made the time to visit here before. When we walked in they asked if we had a reservation, when we said we did not, we were still seated? So I’m not sure if it’s best to make one just in case but it was a busy weekend night and we were still seated. The food had some highs and mids. Our favorite plate was the stuffed tortellini with mushrooms. It was super savory and creamy and balanced well with the pasta. It was absolutely rich and delicious. We used some of the homemade bread to finish the sauce The calamari was yummy but lacked either more crunch or more zest with a lemon or something, but pretty mi...

3 stars. We were the Very first couple to walk in as the restaurant opened. All tables were vacant but for some reason Manager asked hostess to seat us at the very last table. We expected to be seated in the front but was seated at a table, in the back closest to the restroom, it was dark too. I don't quite understand the logic but when my wife politely declined and asked to be seated by a window table they obliged. I'd say never judge a book by its cover, could have happened because we weren't dressed to impress but who knows.. the food was good but not impressive. Our waitress was very friendly and did a good job.First impression left a bad taste in our mouths. Undecided if I will ever com...

I must have been living under a rock to not have been aware that this place was here, so close to home. First of all the food is as close to legitimate Italian food as possible. Everything we ordered was delicious and we'll presented. The servers and personnel were friendly. I had the ciopino soup and it was to die for. I can't wait to go back and try their other offerings. My wife and kids liked their food equally. We all have been to Italy and we can easily refer anyone to this place if they want to try real Italian food. The bruscheta is my barometer to measure the quality of the food relative to Italy's and theirs is second to none.

This was our first time here, and it was Father's Day (evening). The food was very good. Small portions on the pasta dish. Warm bread with oil and vinegar before was nice. Our server was extremely nice, but service was slow, could have been from the holiday and possible shortage of staff? I feel like for the price of the dishes, a side salad or ?? something should come with the dishes. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Rosario has been an original there. We had the Gnocchi and Contadina, with a nice Montalcino red I brought in. They have a wonderful wine selection also!!! Tuesdays are a perfect evening for a quiet meal! Love the food!Food: 5/5

I ordered the pasta carbanara and some other dish. I'm livid. There was absolutely zero flavor. Dominoes pizza makes better pasta dishes. Extremely disappointed. Literally anywhere would be betterFood: 1/5
