Actually we found this place the previous late afternoon but my husband had already sussed it was the perfect spot to sit until he met his cousin off the train. We went for drinks, but people were having all kinds of things to eat as well. Certainly a happy meeting place, also with a lot of Italian and Italians around.
We were waiting 1 hour for the food and then we asked the waitress and she said that she forgot to ask. Then, they brought the food after 15 minutes, and we had to pay the full price. We asked the waitress but she said it was legal in Germany to wait 90 minutes.The worst service ever!
a great welcome, spotless very good breakfast, seating inside and out, very nice bar only downside was the lack of lounge space. There was just a small area around the reception desk. The location is great, just beside the train station.I would stay there againVis a Vis Lindeau
Dont understand the negative reviews. The Service we had (02.10.16) was very good. Very attentive waiter and Pizza was excellent, as was the Starter Soup. Prices are very good, I recommend the Lugana wine! We will return when we are in Starnberg again. Reserva una mesa ahora
Called in after walking by the lake and town - Katharina was very friendly and spoke perfect English after trying out my disastrous German on her. Very good value and quick service. Very clean and almost opposite the train station
We had lunch there, pizza and salad. The prices were normal and the service was good. Situated opposite the Hauptbahnhof I think is a good solution for the tourist
One of the few restaurants open on Monday, Italianish type food, Very casual service, not the German style food you would expect in Bavaria.
