The staff was incompetent. The hostess told us we could sit on the terrace but didn't bring any menus. We waited for 10 minutes for a server, but no one came. The server in a trucker hat made eye contact with us but avoided our table. The family next to us had to get their own drinks as they were also ignored. When I stood up to do the same, a server finally came over after 10 minutes. We placed our drink order and waited another 30 minutes before realizing that our order had been forgotten. What is happening with HB? This place is a disaster for our mood and ruins good vibes. The service is subpar, we had to ask twice just to be served. The entire staff in their "child-sized" uniforms seemed clueless about what was going on. A whole family with children left without their food and were visibly annoyed by the poor service. After waiting 20 minutes for our drinks, two beers and two wines, we decided to leave. This place is not recommended. We'd rather stick with the better options on the pier, like Watermans. I doubt HB will survive if they continue in this direction. Goodbye forever.
As a local resident, I decided to try this restaurant for the first time. I put my name on the waiting list and was told it would be about an hour for a table outside. However, when I returned 2.5 hours later, I noticed that many tables had been seated before me, even though I had arrived earlier. When I inquired about the delay, I was told they had prioritized larger parties. This lack of fairness towards solo diners, especially regular patrons, reflects poorly on their hospitality. The behavior of their hostess leaves much to be desired.

Atmosphere is great, especially during the day. Service is infrequent, but good. Food was great, especially the burger and fried rice! Solid drink selection. No wifi which is tough at the beach because cell service sucks. Couldn't get to the menu, but they did have paper. Will go back for sure, just have the expectation it takes some time.
the cucumber cocktail tastes like a musty armpit. I described my buddy, and he agreed. funny description, but I don't know how to describe it. also they were very anti-American for my South American friend. if they're a poc, they won't come here. two stars cause the cocktails are alright not great, they pay for the environment.
Excellent and cozy institution on the beach of the Pacific Ocean! Cooked fast and delicious! I liked it very much! The service is great! I will come here more often?? I recommend a visit, you will not regret it!

Excellent service. Butter burger melted in my mouth. Washed it down with an IPA. And the view of the beach is spectacular
