Vitale's Italian Bistro

We dined at this restaurant for the first time tonight, and it certainly won't be our last visit! There were three of us, each ordering a different dish - vodka penne with chicken, Rigatoni Bolognese, and oven roasted salmon. We also enjoyed bread with roasted garlic olive oil for dipping. Each meal came with soup or salad and the portions were generous enough that we had leftovers to take home. Everything we tasted was absolutely delicious! The pasta had a perfect texture, the sauces were authentic and flavorful, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. We had my sister's celebration of life there, and the staff were outstanding. The food was delicious the next day so I couldn't imagine what it was like fresh. I was too upset to eat at the restaurant. Thank you, everyone, for your patience throughout the day. I will return on better circumstances. We usually enjoy our experience at Vitales. The food is excellent. However, tonite we felt slighted by the bartender who served us. I felt that he disrespected my husband when he asked for another check because the original copy was wet. Additionally we waited for service an unusually amount of time while he taked with other customers. Inspite of this, we left a generous tip which we hope will be reciprocated in the future. Always love going to Vitale’s. The food is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. The service is very good. The bartender Scott is awesome. Highly recommend eating here.
