My wife was there a week ago, and now she's sneaking over the terrible stay. It went on with the closed SPA area (closed because of renovation), but you would still like to have the full price. Intricate mattresses. Bad food. Underground service. Breakfast buffet (no extra time at 9:00). Even the bar demands the last order before 24:00. Who stands on tasteless decoration, however, is fully at his expense. Probably the hotel aims at participants of the good old “Butterfahrt”. Our daughter got married in Dinkelsbühl and checked in there for 2 nights. We had reserved for several people for breakfast. The hotel has missed a little attention to let our children come. We were unfortunately not informed in advance that the steam bath and the bio sauna (i.e. 2 of 3 saunas) were not available due to renovation work. Of course we had to pay the full price. The spa area by the pool was completely crowded, there were hardly any berths and the water is not really warm at 32 degrees. For the price absolutely not recommended.

Our second stay and again very friendly staff, delicious food, a well-equipped, clean room and a great wellness area. For us again a very successful, relaxing weekend as a break from everyday life. Our children (7 and almost 4 years) especially love the pool.
